 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

 How we estimate delivery date

We add the time it takes to process and print your order (Production Time) to the estimated time it takes to ship your order from our facilities to your destination address (Shipping Time).

• Production Time - 1 to 5 Business Days
• Shipping Time - 1 to 7 Business Days depending on shipping method
• Order Delivered to you!

 Product production times

 Except for certain holidays, print orders are typically shipped within one business day of when your order is placed. Since our shipping carriers do not pick up on weekends, print orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are generally shipped out on Monday, regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Please note that orders containing large format prints on paper (sizes 11×14 and up) and rolled and mounted canvas prints, typically take an extra business day to process.

Once we ship all parts of your order, you are automatically sent an email confirming shipment. If you receive this email message after 4PM, or on a weekend, your order may not be postmarked until the next business day.

 Shipping time/options

 After you place your order, we typically print and ship it out within 1 -2 business days all orders are fulfilled and shipped from the U.S.

 Once your order has been shipped, shipping time depends upon the shipping option you have chosen.

 Photolarkgallery.com currently offers several shipping options which vary by speed and whether or not they are guaranteed.

  *Standard and Priority shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times of up to 10 business days

(14 business days during holiday periods) can occur.

 *If you are looking for First Class mail please note that we now use Standard Shipping. Standard shipping has the SAME DELIVERY TIME as First Class mail so there is no change in delivery time or price to you.

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, we recommend upgrading to 2-day or Next Day shipping.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Protectorates, and Armed Forces Addresses

 All orders to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO and other U.S. armed forces addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and other U.S. protectorates will be shipped via Standard shipping - we do not currently offer 2-Day or Next Day services to these addresses.

 2-Day/Next Day Shipping Notes

 Please note that the 2-day and Next Day services we offer do not pick up or deliver packages on weekends; this can affect delivery time.

 For instance, if you place an order for prints on a Thursday and choose Next Day shipping, you can expect it to be printed and shipped by Friday, and it will arrive the following Monday (the next business day).

Please also note that 2-Day or Next Day shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require an extra day in transit.

 Multiple Packages

 Photolarkgallery.com aims, where possible, to consolidate products in your order when we ship them out. However, for your convenience and to expedite your order, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no additional cost.

When we ship your order in multiple packages, these packages may arrive on separate days. Nonetheless, you should still receive your entire order within the estimated delivery date.

Premium Packaging

Our packaging is designed to protect your products and get them to you quickly.

Canvas and Fine Art prints are packaged with 3 layers of protection to keep your prints safe.

Rolled prints are put in a sleeve so that you can easily remove them from the tube.

Paper Finishes:

Photolarkgallery.com provides professional quality prints in Matte, Gloss, Lustre, and Metallic finishes.

A description of each finish is below:

Glossy

Glossy photos are printed on coated paper with a very smooth, shiny reflective surface. Glossy finishes have a high-contrast appearance and look slick to the touch when not under glass. This finish has an excellent dynamic range and color and slightly more pop than the matte paper, though less noticeable once framed.

Description:

·    Photos will have a shiny finish.

·    Colors are vibrant.

·    Images are crisp and sharp (assuming the original photo was in focus).

·    Glossy finish does not produce a textured look when scanned and converted to digital. To remove fingerprints and smudges, you need to use a photo cloth and/or a liquid solution. (Rubbing a photo, no matter how soft the cloth is, can produce scratches).

·    Glossy photos produce a glare, making them difficult to see from certain angles.

Lustre

Lustre paper is a premium-grade paper. Lustre is usually considered the finish "between" matte and glossy, and has a slight gloss with a subtle, pearl-like texture. Lustre paper has a deeper color-saturization than matte as well as a higher contrast and is a thicker paper. Lustre includes copyright and professional watermarking.

Matte

Matte finishes have a very smooth, non-glare finish. Matte finishes have a lower-contrast when printed and are often used to enhance the texture of a print.

Description:

·    Fingerprints and smudges are not as visible.

·    Since most professional prints are printed on matte-finish paper, photos printed on matte paper can have a more professional look. This is especially true with black and white photographs.

·    Glare is significantly reduced with matte-finish prints.

Metallic

Metallic paper is a premier paper with a glossy finish and metallic appearance that creates images with exceptional visual interest and depth.

Gallery Wrapped Canvas

A genuine archival canvas print wrapped on a hardwood stretcher and ready to hang or frame.  Our canvas is finished with a waterproof coating and stretched on 1 3/8¿ gallery bars. Our beautiful Gallery Wrapped Canvas requires no frame and arrives ready to hang right out of the box.

The Gallery Wrap is a technique that wraps the actual image around all four sides of the stretcher. You must allow for approximately 1 3/4 inches of the image to be wrapped on each side. This includes a 1/4 inch safety margin we have built in to allow for variances in the mounting technique. We use a pneumatic stretcher to maintain a consistent canvas stretch.

    Rolled Canvas

High quality archival canvas printed with the image you select, rolled and ready to be mounted.

Rolled Canvas Images are printed with a white border around the outside of the artwork to provide extra material for stretching or mounting. This border is in addition to the actual image size.

Your Rolled Canvas comes packaged in a protective sleeve so that you can easily remove it from the mailing tube.

    Mounted Gallery Prints

With our new mounted prints, you can have your artwork printed and mounted on to 3/16¿ black Gatorboard.  The result is a rigid ¿frameless¿ print that when hung, floats on the wall.  It¿s an affordable alternative to custom framing. Prints can ge ordered with hanging kit pre-installed.

Details: Silver Halide print mounted to 3/16¿ black Gatorboard with optional hanging kit.

    Rolled Posters

The artwork that you select for your Rolled Poster is printed on enhanced matte paper.  Enhanced matte is a heavyweight stock that delivers true photographic feel and has a high color gamut that yeilds remarkable color reproduction.

 Your Rolled Poster comes packaged in a protective sleeve so that you can easily remove it from the mailing tube!

    Framed & Matted Prints

Your matte print comes pre-installed in your choice of Black Satin or Walnut Finish frame.  Wall frames are made from high quality eco-friendly wood composite and wrapped with a smooth laminate finish. The frames are then backed with brown paper and come with a hanging bracket and bumpers protect your wall.

Your matte print comes in your frame off choice. Ready to display right out of the box!
